New kite = no wind. When I arrived, there was enough wind for me to ride up and fly down, but no wind near the road where I landed. I pulled my kite back to the base of the hill and discovered a tangle in my bridles. After I untangled my bridles I turned around to see my bar and lines gone! Fortunately, a snowmobiler came back a few minutes later with the bar and lines. I was really luck since it was a minor tangle and the lines were undamaged. After a little while there was a little wind, enough to get up the hill a few times and glide. I missed the good early morning wind. Chris was there filming Alex Petersen. I took my kids and had enough wind to pull them up the hill a few times and then fly over them on the way down. It was beautiful up there and the last snow storm covered up a lot of rocks and bushes. Looks much better.

Chris, thanks for the jumper cables!
