Got the call from Sal right as I was getting off of work. Its blowing North at SSB. Im on my way. I could see it was sunny down at the beach and I start getting psyched! Pull in at SSB and it is cranking. I get all suited up and Sal helps set up the 9M. Now its getting cloudy and a bit colder. I lock into the chicken loop just as it really starts to crank. The colder air was funneling under the clouds and across the lake unlike when it has been warmer and the clouds have shut it down. Anyway too much too late. I chickened out and went home. I was suprised to see the wind charts didnt show as strong as I would have guesssed it was blowing out there. Had to be some high 30s or more gust. This might have been the door closing on this water season for me. It has been another fun one. Now all I can think about is hittin Skyline.
Se yal at the movie.
