12/21 Strawberry

I went out late in the afternoon because I had to work most of the day. Everyone else was packing up when I arrived. Wind was good, snow was deep. Most of the sagebrush is now covered, but we need the snow to settle a bit.

Kenny, Were you at Strawberry River? I saw 9 kites up when I went by at 2:30. I rode in the Chicken Creek area. 170cm Burton, 10 Meter Foil. The snow was pretty deep, good for snowboarding. Look out for the exposed bushes, they may have hollow spaces lurking beneath them. In general the coverage was good. The Inner Reef areas were good but Outer Reefs not quite ready yet. Whit
