Saw someone out Kiting on the Golf Course at the Old Mill on saturday. Wondering who it was and if it was just bandit or if it's cool to go there if covered?

Old Mill GC would be perfect on north winds. Plus you could skim the ponds, ride up the mountain and use the rolling mounds on the course for some big air.
Whatever thou art, do well thy part.
