I was kiting for about 45 minutes after work when I heard someone blowing a whistle. I looked around and saw a Security Forces guy signalling me over. My kite had just dropped in the light wind (Max 10mph that day and dying) and I signalled him that I would be right over. He came walking out and told me he just wanted me to be aware of the proximity to the bomb dump. I told him I knew all about getting to close to the fence and he told me to have fun. Sounds like I can keep doing this as long as the snow holds. 18mph South winds right now- I hope it holds till 2:30.
