Yikes. Freed, Ken O. and myself arrived yearly and guessed wrong and got spanked on 5.2's. Rigged down to 4.7 and had a great session. Didn't get cold except when I didn't use gloves. Get to see Ken O. after fight the big C and a bad back whup up on us.....

I pulled in around 11:30 to see the dawn patrol sitting on the rail. They all looked like they had just come home from their honeymoons. Ken O hung around with me. I rigged a 5.8 and sailed my 100 liter. I got in some pretty good rides for an afternoon session at grants. I could have used a 4.7 at some points.
The wind had a lot of west in it. The water is cold, but I did without gloves for most of the afternoon.
My face is pretty sunburnt with white lines from grinning.
Now I just need to work on getting out there at 8.
Whatever thou art, do well thy part.
