Strawberry 4/17 16M Waroo

Jason and I had to hit Strawberry one more time even though there wasn't much wind in the forcast. We went to the strip between Strawberry river and Chicken Creek. We figured that would be a good west wind location. We weren't disappointed. The wind was about 12 so we both rigged 16m. We headed over to the hillside opposite the high way for lots of jumps and beginner glids. The snow was quite hard but luckily I never hit it hard enough to find out just how hard it was! All in all, an epic day in my book. By 12:30, the 16m was way overpowered but we had to leave at 1:00pm so no time to switch down to my 12m.

What a great sport. I agree with Kenny. Ride the snow one day and water the next and then back to snow. Where else can you do that?!!!
