I usually bring the boards so my friends will have smooth water, but had some good sailing. Southwest winds in the late pm. Friday rode the 7.5 for a couple of hours. Overpowered then slogged. Saturday rigged the 6.2 and had some great rides and not as much slogging. I thought there was going to be a stronger SW flow, but looking at the weather I believe it is mostly a thermal coming out of the canyon south of Garden City.... Choppy, but beautiful water.
