Finally! SW wind arrived at about 1:45, built rapidly to a peak of 25 mph, plateaued for about an hour, than started getting progressively weaker and holeyer. One darksider at Dark Side Beach as I drove by at 2; he(or she) got the best of it; by the time I got on the water at a bit before 3 with my 7.5, the wind was already starting to get squirrely and was clocking around to the NW. Still, not a bad session, all in all. Can't wait for Labor Day weekend and the semi-official end of powerboat season!

For once lately, poleboarders outnumbered darksiders: two of us (DaveO arrived about 4) and one of them (I think).
