When Kenny posted that UL would be kiteable, based on Marty's report, I thought, "If UL, then why not Willard?" So I got there about noon, set up and went for a quick ride. Pretty gusty but fun. I probably should have tried the south end but, oh well. I'm ready to let it snow now!
