3/30 Skyline 11 waroo 13 bularoo

Weston and I arrived at Skyline around 3 pm. Did our best to move in the 2-4 feet deep powder. SUPER hard for our experience level. But I gave it a go and got a few rides in and a lot of white washing. I was so exhausted by the end of 1 1/2 hrs that I could hardly walk back to the truck. The parking lot wasn't plowed yet so we parked on the street. The wind was gusty like Kenny said it would be. I would have been better off using the 13 rather than my 11 to get some more power to get through the powder but it was an experience working the kite and putting it is the right spot to keep me above the powder and not buried in it. It was really my first time in powder like that. I had heard how hard it is and now got to experience it first hand. A good work out and some lessons learned. We had the place to ourselves.
