Occasional breaks in the clouds, but mostly overcast and grim (air and water temp both about 45F) but there was wind, and it was fairly steady by DC standards. More planing than schlogging. Definitely a drysuit and gloves (or mittens) kinda day. http://homepage.mac.com/jsouthwick/PhotoAlbum131.html
