It was a warm afernoon before the storm. Ralph Morrison and I arrived at Charleston around 2:00pm to steady white caps and warm air temps. There was one windsurfer out getting some rides, probably Jim? We both went on 13m kites and had an hour or so well powered up before it got flukey. With the warm air the water didn't seem very cold...4mm suit no booties for me. It was short but very fun for the first day on water day
