5/27 Rush Mudboarding

Postby Kenny » Thu May 28, 2009 12:36 pm

Water level continues to drop at Rush. Jibes are really more like mud slides and my board leaves a brown rooster across the whole pond. I still had a great time. Rode for a couple hours powered up. If you go (I know you won't, but you never know...) take the fins off your board and bring a jug of water to rinse off the mud.

Kenny, when you were a kid did you splash in every mud puddle you saw?

That may be true, but I have it on good authority, from a confidential source, that Kenny is really much older than he looks and that the secret to his young, vibrant, vigorous, youthful appearance is frequent mud baths. He used to visit the top spas in Europe but with the downturn in the economy he now has to utilize the free mud baths at Rush. Hmm... maybe not a bad idea. He might be on to something that we could market and make enough money to truck in water to fill up the pond for next year. Damn I miss that place for kiting.

very true... Jeremy and Thomas and I would joke about how good our hair would look after a session at rush, you wouldnt need any jell for the next few days if you didnt wash your hair... I love that place..
