There's a very slim chance for DC PM.
A few planers and lots of slogging, even with a 9.5m. But it did blow, sort of.

I rode for an hour on a 13m & big board. Captain Don got a few rides on a skim board. With regards to Marty's post... don't do it...put that windsurfing gear away.
