Got to Lincoln tonight at about 6. Went right out on 16. Started on my 157 slingshot then switched to a 133. Nicely powered. REALLY cold on the feet. Water shoes for me next time.

I arrived at Lincoln at 5 to no wind. I could see the windline, so I decided to give SSB a try. Wind was coming up when I arrived. Started out with a big board (monster dooor) and went down to a smaller board after about 30 minutes. Wind continued to build until I decided to pack it up around 7. Saw a wild swan back in the reed area, had the water to myself. It was cold. I wore a drysuit and booties.
Rant - I can't believe the pigs that infest SSB. I drive up and there is the front bumper of a car floating in the shallows! Lots of garbage was strewn all over the ground.

I doubled up the 3mm suits because i don't have anything thicker. They kept me plenty warm but my feet went numb rather quick without booties. I don't think just 3mm is enough anymore.
