Punchisimo!! Very southerly wind direction (occasionally even SSE) which usually makes for VERY gusty conditions. This morning was no exception. Still, got some screaming rides and managed to limp back to the beach during one of the prolonged lulls. A full house at BarbedWireBeach when I headed home at about 11.

I saw you battling with wind around 10:30 and decided BWB would be a safer bet. The wind there is gusty as well. But I somehow managed to hold down my 7.0. It was fun session, though a very cold one. I only have a 4/3 and my hands and toes were telling me to give in early. I managed to sailed until 2:30 or so. I think I saw Shawn in DCIB when I left.

Shawn, do some core exercises and strength training when you're not sailing. . .
