Seen Tyler Billy Earlier and Jason Klien Later

Rode with Ryan Allen Big Wave Dave and Fred
Billy you need to talk to Ryan about not telling the truth he told me earlier that day that he only glides with a 12 meter or bigger kite
however he was on a 10 meter kite killing it today. So much fun
Also have some video too hope you like it

Sick day for sure!! 6 hour session. Lit on the 10M and just couldn't bring myself to quit or take a break! wind backed off a little at about 6:45 and could have rigged up the 12 but arms and legs were giving out anyway. Snow was great (though I guess the plows are off for the summer - everyone had to park at the entrance as none of the parking lots were plowed).

I should have stuck it out at chicken creek. I decided to try the river thinking it would be a little less windy, but it ended up being just as strong at times with unstable wind and tons of gusts. I know a bit about working the kite, but I have never had to work the bar so much. In out in out in out… endlessly. :x Jim called it, lots of west in it. And Todd you rock, that was some difficult wind and you owned the place.

Also Todd found a leash that was left behind. I think it belongs to the guy on the 7M REV. Dave? I think. Let me know and I will get it back to you.

I didn't show up till after 5pm. I pumped up my 9m Yarga hybrid and attempted to head out but I somehow got a hole in the leading edge bladder. Major bummer. Not to be dismayed, I pumped up my 13m yarga hybrid and was finally kiting about 6:30. By then, the wind was down enough that I was powered just right. I kited till dark and had a great time.
