Yep sums it up...
Arrived at 5:00 with "
I'll never remember your name because I am lame, sorry" ready to go in with a 3.7 and Mike E. arriving shortly after.
Rigged 3.7 flat.. went out, got worked, came right back to flatten it to the max.
Right back out (so 3 reaches total

) .. Was pretty far out, probably 1 mile out I guess when I figured I should hit one last ramp before turning. Went to high for comfort and ditched the board mid air to see it tumble in the air and fold on landing. Swam fast back to it only to realize my 370 skinny had broken about 4' from the top. Sweet I needed a 320 anyway (not).
Managed to waterstart and come back about half way to shore before falling again. Kept trying waterstarting and sailing/drifting but eventually I got pretty tired and the thing would just not worked anymore. Decided against derigging and ditched the whole thing to head back paddling. I guess after a while some people in the neighborhood saw me paddling as well as Mike and crew. A few people called Search and Rescue although I made it back to shore before they arrive. I was still greeted by anxious neighbors and a few cop car.. Oops..
If anyone see a rig in the water it's mine

(3.7 Naish session + NP X6 boom -had only 2 sessions!!- and powerex skinny 370)
Anyone with a wave boom for sale?
Anyway. Thank you Mike and "dude" for the help and keeping an eye out
