Had a good day riding at Belmont. The only awful part was when I went to put away my 17M Zephr. I usually just pull the deflate plug and then fold it up, but this time I had the bright idea of flipping the kite over first - bad idea! The LE was so stiff that the pressure of rolling the kite over caused the LE to burst. At least I was done for the day and I have a 17M Waroo at home. The damage was a 8" rip around the LE with a couple smaller tears, a 2" rip in the canopy and a blown-out LE bladder. Packed up the kite and shipped it to Airtime this morning.

How is the wind up there and what meters do you use? I'm in Oceanside. Not too far away.
