Not quite as grim at DC as Craig forecast. From about 1-4 we had enough wind to plane, at least occasionally, with the right gear (the bigger the better.) Paul Bradshaw got some good rides on his 9.5, as did Anjee on her 6.5, and I got a few with my 7.5 (should have rigged the 8.5!)
