9/20 DCBB 10m

So I'm sure I'm going to read later on how epic Utah Lake was, and I'm sure it was. That's alright, bring it on. Barbwire was pretty epic too. Mostly solid 10m for the three hours I was there. It was made better because I bonded with my North Pacific surfboard for the first time. I did a couple back rolls and I noticed that with more rocker in the board, it carved a better turn into the jump, then I carried that arc right around. My twin tip seems to get stuck on the take-off sometimes. Landing was easier with rocker too. This is the third time in a little over a week that I kited with a 10m at Deer Creek. We've got it good right now. Tommy and Kevin were out early. How was the 13m Kevin?

Surprisingly good day for the two poleboarders, Judy Collins (5.5) and me (6.6/6.0) at DCIB. Started wickedly gusty, but soon smoothed out to pretty much normal DC conditions (i.e. gusty but sailable.)
