Coming back from Snowbird today, and driving west on I-80, I saw someone with a big red pickup who looked like they just had session on the Acid Pond (on the south side of I-80 and just west of the Tooele exit).
How was it? How deep is it? How long is the reach? How bad is the rash from immersion in the so-called water? Please let us know once you've reached home and decontaminated.

The salt ponds do not give one a rash. As long as you don't have any open sores, the salt does not hurt your skin at all. You just don't want ever duck your head in the water as the brine will cause your eyes and throat to swell shut.
