5/4 Strawberry River 15M

Postby bob allen » Wed May 04, 2011 11:07 pm

With super cold and windy conditions at Alta this morning it seemed like Strawberry was the call. Billy and I tagged it form noon till 2:30, very supportable snow, best corn around 1 and still supportable but a little slow at the end. The coverage is still great and should hold through next week's cold cycle. The rain crust from two and a half weeks ago is super stiff, about three inches thick and bomber. Snow was fast, smooth, and easy. Wind was a little shifty but for the most part pretty decent.
