Arrived about 2:00 PM. Doug Cox watching the wind and hoping, Chuck Graham out on a 7.0 getting occasional rides. Rigged a 7.5. Doug decided to call it and go home. That did it. About 3:00 it turned on pretty steady. Had a solid hour of mostly planing. A 6.5 would have worked for part of it but the 7.5 and big board carried me through the lulls. Got a little flukey about 4:00 and so after a couple of planing - schlogging runs I called it at 4:40. It came up again pretty strong and the trees were still being whipped around all the way to the lower part of Echo Canyon.
