Two nice days at Torrance Beach, CA. Nice wave sets today, spent the afternoon riding in the break. Kited by myself both days in 12 - 15 mph winds. Really a nice place to kite with the Palos Verdes Pennisula as a backdrop. September is a good time to kite in SoCa because the beaches clear and the wind is generally good. Winds are stronger at Belmont or Malibu. I just happen to kite Torrance because it is the closest beach to my father-in-laws house and I have the big kite.
