I got there about 11:00. Doug, Vern and John were out on 8s. I had a 9 that worked great for a couple of hours. Ralph was out too and I was jealous of his surfboard cause he was surfing the rollers like a champ! It felt like it backed off early afternoon. So I put up 11 and spent the afternoon whooping it up with Kip and Kenny.

See you there tomorrow!

It was an excellent day. Wind was steady 9m from 1 until 4 when I left. I think there were actually more windsurfers than kiters out today.

Got out there sorta late- on the water by 2:30 ish. Checked my wind gauge and put up my 12m. Mistake. Even with a lot of string pulled- wayy more than I wanted. Came back in and put up my new (thanks, Chris!) F-One Bandit 4 9m.. If I'd had an 8m I'd a been cranking on it. What a great kite (son of a gun glides like nobodies business) and a fun session. Kinda gusty but not bad.

Temp? I was in a dry suit, no hood or gloves, and was more than fine. Most everyone else was in a full suit and booties, a few had gloves and hoods, but regardless- everyone seemed comfy.

Hoping to be there Saturday, too...
