Wind started kicking in about 12:15 and was gusting into the low to mid 20s by 12:45, making Craig's forecast of 6m windsurfing conditions spot on (for me, least). Started out very gusty, smoothed out a bit, and then, as predicted, "devolved" into gusts and holes. Water temp has increased remarkably in the past weak, now reading 48F. Water level remains very high.
