Mojave is Ripping

Postby kenonstott » Tue Jan 24, 2006 2:22 pm

For those of you craving some water sailing Mojave has been ripping and in the 60's for 4 days. How often does it do this? It seems someone last year said to head there anytime the high pressure (read Haze) is over us. Anyway, this year at least I need to keep skiing and save my time off.

Mojave time?

The air is in the 60's, nights in the 40's. Carl Eckert is our man who lives in Bullhead City, he feels its too cold to go out till the air hits 70, which could start in mid Feb. Anytime you have killer Santa Ana's in Calif, its blowing fr the North at Katherines. Sitting in a butt cold inversion in SLC will start anyone dreaming of a snow free desert. I'll get a report from our local boy and post again.
