Kiting at Powder Mountain is Back Open!!!

I just spoke with the mountain manager and he said that although he has been unable to contact the insurance company for the last 3 days-KITING IS BACK ON AT POWDER MOUNTAIN!!! A waiver will be needed for next year and although they don't know what it will look like he said to just go ahead and they would pretend that they don't see any kites. I started this new thread because I didn't want anyone to miss it. I will be there tomrrow-winds are predicted @23 from the SW. The perfect direction.
