North wind and cooler today. Actually you could get AM South wind rides
at Grantsville, but the good bet is steady North wind at Rush and UL
launches in the PM. Not as strong as the South still ought to
be good steady 15M stuff. Try the South end of UL late afternoon.
Saratoga Springs should be 6.5/7.5 by about 1 PM.
