The US snow kite tour???

This is not the North American SnowKite tour from last year is it? Who are the sponsors for the US Snowkite Tour and what are the prizes? If the SKM are the only contest with Races and the rest are "freeride events" how is this a tour and why should people go to all events?? Arn't these just the same freeride events as always that are just get togethers over weekends for people to ride and usally have a small turn out will there be cash prizes and contest with a ranking system to declare a winner, or will it just be a bunch of people kiting, drinking etc.....

Last time I spoke to the event organizers for the North American snowkite tour, which is a contest and pays money, none of these dates where on it??? so I am assuming this is something windzup has put together? why should we go to these events also what is the incentive? Thanks.
