Ul launches still the call, but with pressure at 30.00, I don't think it'll
be a howler. Best bet for Windsurfers will be Saratoga Springs Park
between 11AM until about 3 PM. Probably be 7.5, but should be steady.
Kite boarders should get 15-18M stuff at Lincoln and ULSSB around the
same time.

Grantsville will probably be 6.5ish in the PM from the North, after the
clouds clear.

It's cold out there, so dress accordingly and use your head.

Tomorrow looks clearer, slightly warmer, and still planable North.
