Vicarious Living: Get out there

Well, God hates me. Work continues unabated and there's some nice looking wind coming in. Thought I'd post what all y'all can no doubt just read off the NWS site:

Tuesday: South winds, 10-15 mph; highs in the upper 60s

Wednesday: Rain possible in the afternoon, West wind, 10-20 mph; highs in the lower 60s

Might I ask that some of you get out and ride so that I can at least say that someone rode, even if it isn't me? I'd be mountainboarding, but do what you like.

At least there's some snow associated with this system. Maybe Skyline will open up soon.

;)

I tried to go mountain boarding at Burmester this morning, but there was no wind and the surface was mud. Ended up going to Grantsville. Got out on the water for 10 minutes and the wind died. If you check out the wind at Grantsville today, you can see the 1 hour of swimming, walking that I experienced at Grants. So maybe going to work today was not so bad after all.

I will probably go to Grants again tomorrow. The worst I have had is 3 bad days in a row at Grants. I should have gone to DC this afternoon, but I didn't have enough time - too much work.
