Skyline is ready to go for snowkiting this winter. Enough snow to play around all over Bosco Hill. Some Sage Bush sticking out up but it doesn't bother me.

Thursday- The wind came in the afternoon. Soft and deep snow on Bosco Hill. Use 16m Waroo w/55cm Waroo Bar and Best 157 snowkiteboard.

Friday- The wind blew all day but fog came in. Hard to see most of the time but it was rideable.

Saturday- Super light wind. Off and on wind came. Les made it to the top of Bosco Hill from the bottom on his 16m Waroo and skis.

Sunday- Doesn't look like it going to happen today unless the thermal come in this afternoon.

Where were you today Jake?!?!? Bill and I and his wife headed down to skyline for the windzup kite jam. it was super crowded (like 20+ kites in the air) but was super successful for my first time on a kite in over two months and my first time on snow. i rode a 14M waroo for a good 2 hours. it was variable, but got me to the top of bosco, a few 10+ foot airs, and hours of playtime. i dont' think i was ever "lit up" but i was riding. i think i saw just about every variation of kite from 8 meter access to 12 meter 07 frenzies, instincts, 12 meter switchblades, and billy's 16M rapture.

anyway, stoked to have finally got it and got plenty of kite time. i wished i could have seen you boosting airs off teh kickers jake. i think i learned more about flying a kite today then i did all summer long, and i'm definitely in the market for a waroo.

i look forward to ridng with all of you.

and to make this related to Jakes post, there were a few rocks and weeds poking through the snowpack, but over all the coverage is quite adequate. it's on like donkey kong as they say.

Sooooo veryy goood. First time I drifted down boscos hill I think i was reborn!!!!! Well lets just say the feeling of drifting backwards awoke my inner child... Thank you terrain!!!

Hit the bif booter a few times!! Rode some demo gear. 3rd day on snow.

Cant wait for # 4-10000!!!!!!

Bring on the wind and the dump!!!

Come on guys... I want more details than that about the event... I would've liked to have come down on saturday... But I had my 2nd of three snowboarding lessons at Snowbird (prepaid lessons) otherwise I would've come... But it sounds like saturday wasn't the good wind day anyway...

Brian, you just need to buy property down there and build your house out there in the middle of everywhere!!!
