A high pressure has parked over UT.

The digital prototype forecast shows a weak south wind at PowMow this afternoon. Ikitesurf shows zippo wind in the forecast.

High pressure means that Pineview will work near the dam during the early morning hours. However, I am not sure if the ice is thick there and if there is any snow. Plain ice is not much fun.

Ice on Pineview looks thick enough based on all the people out there, no snow though. Wind looked typical as the ice fisherman were all faced down wind.
