North wind (along with rain, and maybe a little snow) today.
Best bet will be all UL launches from noon on. It should peak
strongly about the dinner hour. Look for 5.5 conditions late
at Saratoga Springs, or small Kite stuff at Lindon.

Rush should provide similar conditions all PM, building as it gets
later.

There could be brief periods of wild weather associated with thunderheads,
especially in the evening, and again it will be cold, so be careful out there.

Tomorrow looks like consistent North wind at Rush and UL with less
life threatening weather. Lighter, but plenty planable.

Saturday is looking good for South winds at DC.
