Steady North winds at Rush and UL launches. Look for the best
winds PM, strongest around 3. Sailors in the 7.5 to 6.5 range,
Kiters mid to large Kites. Still cool out there, so stay sharp.

Tomorrow looks like a solid DC day, with potential for the long lull
short burst South wind at Rush.
