AM grantsville, probably big rigs (7.5 -8.5). Might hang in till 1 or 2 PM.
DC will probably have very gusty 7.5-8.5 in the PM, and get gustier
as it gets later.

Rush has some early evening potential for the long gust long
lull Kiter rides.

It looks wet and unstable clear till next Monday, but probably get
South and then North wind tomorrow, and stronger North on Thursday.
