North wind and cold cold rain. If you're desperate enough you could get
rides at UL North launches on big gear. Likewise Kiters could get
rides at Rush, but killer gusts might come up, so be advised.
And, DC will have planable (and very gusty) winds from about 11 AM to
maybe 1 or 2 (form the South). It will all mostly be hit and miss
depending on where the rain is coming down. If you're desperate
enough to rig, I'd rig big and be prepared for abuse in the strong gusts.

Tomorrow through Monday looks pretty much the same, but what
North wind there is will back off a couple meters.
