Not too windy today. Kiters should get pretty good thermal winds
at Rush PM. Look for steady big Kite/Board conditions out there.

Using the "Lowe" rules, it appears Pineview might pump up for big
Kite conditions PM also.

Slight potential for WIndsurfers at DC on a PM pure thermal, but I wouldn't
waste a sick day on it.

Tomorrow through Weds look like DC kinda days,
