Same story different day. If the Rain abates there will be planable
North wind at Rush and UL, but there's not much chance of that.

It may clear enough by late afternoon for a few rides at either, just
keep watch on the IR.

Tomorrow looks like a Pineview kinda day, Saturday DC.
