Where to Ride 7/17

Too much cloud cover and some rain make for poor planing conditions.
Watch the IR. It looks to me like the sun will break out PM for some
Sulfur potential late afternoon, but the clouds will have to leave.
Same for DC.

Tomorrow looks a little better for South wind as the thunderheads
aren't as prevalent.

The next real potential for wind looks like Sunday/Monday.
