Where to ride 10/17

Continued cold and rainy/snowy. There will be North wind today at UL launches,
but I think probably a little gustier than usual for North. Should be
15M stuff for Kite Boarders from Noon on into the evening. Be
perpared for very cold conditions, with rain likely. Windsurfers
could also get some 7.5 at Saratoga Springs Park from Noon on.
I don't think it'll get much above 50 degrees today. Sulfur will
also be windy today, but it's just dangerously cold up there. DC
should be up early, and degenerate to gusty rainy cold bursts
by about 1 PM.

Tomorrow, I'd sit by a fire, but there will be cold rainy wind at Sulur.

Friday looks like a return to warmer (low 50s) wind at Sulfur with
a good shot at Grantsville AM.
