Kite wing

Has anyone tried a kite wing? They are sort of a cross between kite surfing and windsurfing. You basically ride down a hill with a wing in your hands and take off whenever you feel like it.

I'm wondering if there is anyone who sells these in the US around here. It looks like a lot of fun and can be used for calm or really windy days.
