This week

Postby btjsfca » Wed Mar 19, 2008 1:29 am

It's spring break, and my plan is to frickin' snowkite. Went to Jackson this weekend, and got shut down. Naturally the wind came up on Monday, but I had to roll. I probably would have been out with Wayne when he dropped out of the sky if I could have stayed, which would have been sweet </sarcasm>.

Anyhow, I want in on the hotline if anyone gets out anytime before next Monday. 801 664 8424 is the number.

Also, what should the reading be at Strawberry/Daniels before it's worth trucking up there?

Thanks, and I hope to see y'all out there.

yo j boy!

i'm itching to ride as well.... Easter is of course a bust with family crap and all, but tonight and saturday are finally my free days. after traveling to both san fransisco and portland, and it being windy (thank god i didn't see anyone kiting) i'm jonsin hard to ride!

what is the forecast everyone?!?!? looks pretty crappy, but i may go be desperate somewhere anyway. seems like a decent north flow, just figuring out where to take best advantage of the situation.

any suggestions anyone? strawbs going to have enough north flo?

Strawbs turned out a decent day for me yesterday, and the word on the street was that Friday and Saturday are north flow kind of days, so Strawbs will call again. I'm taking a day off of taking days off today, but if things look good tomorrow, I'll be up.

The snow seems like it's starting to give out -- pretty slushy and some holes in the brush showing as well. I've seen worse, though. At least the lake isn't starting to get liquid.
