Kiters could get rides at Rush this PM. Looks light but planable from about noon on.
Desperate windsurfers might get some huge gear formula rides at the North end of UL,
take your 10M sail and expect it to peak about 3 PM. Kiters with huge kites might get rides at Lindon.
I doubt there'll be much action farther south than that.

Tomorrow looks like good potential for DC if the ice is off.
