More winter conditions. Cold and snowy with a North wind higher up. Snow Kiters
should head for Strawbs. Not a howler, still good.

Not much potential elsewhere for liquid riders, some North possible PM at Rush.

Tomorrow through Weds look like rain/snow and pretty windless.

By next weekend we could be looking at some DC action.
