Rainy cold weather. Gusty rides will be available at DC. I'd get them
early (like 11 AM) probably all over the wind range from 5.0 to 8.5.
Rush will get a few kitable rides in the PM rain. Same pattern
tomorrow.
Best bet today will be the swap meet,
