Where to Drench 6/9

I'm pretty sure there will be planable conditions at MM19 and at DC,
but do you really want to sail in a deluge. If you do go out, think
carefully about where you park your vehicle, as a wash away is possible.
Kite boarders should probably stay out of the Rush valley today, but if
you do go, take small kites, and be ever so careful, as it will be shifty
and very gusty in the blinding rain.

Tomorrow PM looks North, planable, and much safer,
